Centili has appointed Amir Ghaly as the new VP Regional Growth MEA as it continues to strengthen its ranks in order to capitalise on the growing opportunities in digital monetisation.
Based in Dubai, Amir has 15 years of experience in the telecom, mobile payments and fintech industries in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. He brings in a profound understanding of needs and technology solutions from across the enterprise sector. He will be an important reinforcement for Centili, which has moved to expand its footprint in the Middle East and Africa, both in terms of MNO connectivity and relationships with medium and large enterprises.
Amir has taken ownership of business development in the region; he will also serve as an account director for global merchants located in MEA. He has most recently served as the DCB Commercial Director for the media giant OSN. Before that he held senior commercial positions with well-established mobile payments companies Mondia and TIMWE. Earlier in his career, he worked with Cisco, Nokia, and Huawei.
