London, 9 May 2022 – International digital monetisation company Centili today announces that Maja Stojanovic has joined the company management as VP Human Resources.
With 15 years of experience in human resources management in technology, telecommunications and banking industries, she possesses an excellent mix of competencies and personal qualities to lead HR as Centili implements its Shifting Gears growth strategy.
Stojanovic has previously held HR roles with Alpha Bank, former Vip Mobile (now A1) and two notable software companies. She has experience with coaching and hiring business leaders, and creating impactful HR strategies, paired with a deep understanding of recruitment, performance management and career development in IT. Reporting to Centili Group CEO Zoran Vasiljev, she will, among other things, implement the performance management framework, which enables employees' career goals to align with the company goals.
