Centili was named the winner of a Gold and a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Company of the Year group of categories in their 18th Annual International Business Awards® (IBA).
We have earned the Gold Stevie Winner status in the Company of the Year-Financial Services-Small category, for our PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service) offering.
“I like to think about new economy with services like PaaS. I found this case super interesting considering the pandemic. Electronic payments and the digital economy are “trending topics” and you have captured the issue,” said one of the judges.
In the Company of the Year-Computer Software-Small category, Centili was honoured with the Bronze Stevie Winner status.
“In the age of pandemic, we realised the importance of contactless payments. This company is cool and has digital bundling, storefront opportunities, Conversational commerce. Many companies need Payment as a service option to be included on their storefront, and this is what they need”, one of the judges remarked.
“Large global presence and strong partnerships make Centili a strong contender”, another judge explained.
Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 260 judges worldwide. The judging process lasted from June to early August. The 2021 IBAs received entries from organisations in 63 nations and territories. More than 3,700 nominations were submitted.
“What we’ve seen in this year’s IBA nominations is that organisations around the world, in every sector, have continued to innovate and succeed, despite the setbacks, obstacles and tragedies of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic,” said Stevie Awards president Maggie Gallagher.
As the ongoing COVID-19 crisis will prevent winners from receiving their awards on stage during a traditional gala IBA banquet, a virtual ceremony will be held on December 8th, 2021.
Stevie Awards competitions receive more than 12,000 nominations each year from organisations in more than 70 nations.
